It’s been awhile! We passed a very successful Machinima Expo 2011. I don’t think I ever managed to review event and unfortunately very few pics seems to exist. However we still have full Treet.TV cast in our archives and Dandi was kind to put this up in our Flickr stream.
Beside flaws in Giana Factory interview and animations I am pretty satisfied. The interview part was a tough task as the girltrio was located in 3 various locations and well one was out of reach due to flight while she toured the US with Trentemoller. Leadsinger Loui was in NYC while Sofie came to my house 15 mins before showstart! What caused interference during interview remains unknown but it’s first time we experienced such in Pop Vox’ 2½ year existence.
We hope to bring in Giana Factory later this year for a Pop Vox including proper interview, live concert and all set in a fully personalized Giana design!
To sum up! We had fantastic machinima, speakers, crowd and Giana Factory interview.
I think it’s fair to say machinima is heading one way. It’s forward!
By now total views via Youtube is up at 10k and winning video at 3k. Add nummerious sites like Vimeo and 15-20k total is pretty cool for an upcoming band and machinima in general!
Beside the event we are currently evaluating and measuring the total outreach of social media.
OK so what’s up?
Coming Sunday we have UK punk duo Deathline in at Pop Vox. Expect riot! More details will be posted throughout next week.
What happened to Art Breaker II? It keeps getting delayed and no news are currently available!
Pop Art Lab going mobile? Yes somehow and as a first step and recently posted inworld our streams are accessable via Pocketmetaverse
Later 2011 we will launch iPAL!
Everything is a lovely chaos but head inworld and enjoy the ever running best new sounds!
Get your black wardrope set and join us for the most punkish Easter ever next week at Pop Vox.
